Problems with your priceless product? (Oh no!)
If you are not satisfied with the condition of your garment, please contact us within 30 days stating your concerns and we can arrange to remedy the situation. Email Glenn Baillie-Price at pricelesskids@xtra.co.nz.
Like all printed or painted products, our Priceless Kids painted products will fade in time, particularly with regular washing or if washing instruction are not followed. However, if paint peels or fades quickly when garment has been cared for in appropriate way, we are happy to have it returned to us. We can either replace it or re-paint the item.
Payment methods (what suits you best?)
Priceless Kids does not advertise a lay-by service, however if you contact us direct we can discuss this as an option. Talk to Glenn Baillie-Price at pricelesskids@xtra.co.nz.
Credit card payments: Priceless Kids uses Pay-Pal to securely process and manage credit card transactions.
Bank account transfer (phone or internet banking) or in-branch:Priceless Kids operates bank accounts in New Zealand and Australia, so it may be convenient for you to use internet/phone banking, or go into your local brand, to deposit funds. This is a secure way for you to pay, saves you using credit cards, and you can nominate our name to appear on your bank statement so it's easy for you to track.
Cheques: we do accept cheques from within New Zealand. Please make payable to Priceless Kids and send to PO Box 173, Queenstown, 9348.
